We want you to love your Casa Maria piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our returns policy below.

Our Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation email

To initiate a return, please contact us at david@casamariahomeware.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

How to Return

  1. Email david@casamariahomeware.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 working days with your returns address and instructions
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Send the item using a tracked shipping service — we recommend keeping your proof of postage

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.

If you have not received your refund after 15 working days from approval, please contact us at david@casamariahomeware.com.

Exchanges

We can offer direct exchanges & indirect exchanges. For indirect exchanges you will be asked to pay the difference if the value of your original purchase is lower than the value of the exchange.

Exchange orders will be sent out upon receipt of the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised pieces — made to your specification
  • Sale items — all sale purchases are final
  • Gift cards

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty,please photograph the packaging and the item before handling it further and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at david@casamariahomeware.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
