At Casa Maria, every piece is handmade by skilled artisans in Mexico. Please allow time for your order to be carefully prepared before it is dispatched.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 working days. Made-to-order and custom pieces may require additional lead time — this will be communicated clearly on the product page and confirmed by email after purchase.

All shipments include a tracking number which will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Casa Maria ships from Mexico. Orders delivered outside of Mexico may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are included in our shipping rates.

UK customers: Since Brexit, orders from outside the UK may be subject to import VAT and customs duties. For orders under £135 the VAT is collected at checkout. For orders over £135 customs charges may apply on delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

Delays

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Casa Maria is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruption, or circumstances outside our control.
