We want you to love your Casa Maria piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our returns policy below.
Our Returns Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation email
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@casamariahomeware.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
How to Return
- Email info@casamariahomeware.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 working days with your returns address and instructions
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Send the item using a tracked shipping service — we recommend keeping your proof of postage
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
If you have not received your refund after 15 working days from approval, please contact us at info@casamariahomeware.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised pieces — made to your specification
- Sale items — all sale purchases are final
- Gift cards
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@casamariahomeware.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
